Step into the world of 1920's Italian-American mobsters, just after the end of bloody street war between the famiglia Bonifacio and the famiglia Morello. Become a part of the golden age of organized crime, prohibition and wild swing & jazz parties.

Your fate, as well as the fate of your famiglia, will depend on your wits and quick thinking, your decisions and moves, and whether you will manage to collect key information that will send your rival's schemes to ruin in order to prevent a disaster.

The Famiglia Bonifacio series comprises three games, involving different number of players, themes, and duration: Famiglia Bonifacio: The Evening Before, Famiglia Bonifacio: Casino Fortuna and Famiglia Bonifacio: Il Primo.

The evening before

 

This game takes you to a tense meeting of Mafia capos that will decide the future of the Bonifacio famiglia. As the leaders of the criminal organization receive alarming news that pushes the Famiglia towards the brink of destruction, tensions rise.

Each of you has a goal to achieve and forces his/hers own agenda. Will the famiglia Bonifacio manage to survive the upcoming crisis? 

Total duration: up to two hours (including introduction workshop, gameplay and debriefing)

Number of players: from 5 to 7

So far the Famiglia Bonifacio: The Evening Before game has been played at Istrakon 2015 (Pazin, Croatia), Goblicon 2015 (Maribor, Slovenija), Sferakon 2015 (Zagreb, Croatia), Liburnicon 2015 (Opatija, Croatia), Rikon 2015 (Rijeka, Croatia), Na meji nevidnega 2015 (Ljubljana, Slovenija), Portal 4+ (Budapest, Hungary) and Zagreb Fantasy Convention 2016 (Zagreb, Croatia).

It was also part of the LARP Day events in Maribor (Slovenia), Osijek, Rijeka and Zagreb (Croatia).

CASINO FORTUNA 

The game is set in the Casino Fortuna, run jointly by famiglia Bonifacio and famiglia Morello.

Although there is a truce between the famiglias is in place, tensions are still high and the smell of gunpowder is in the air. There is more than just money is at the stake: will the conflict escalate again or will peace get a chance?

The outcome depends on you and your fellow players. The truce is fragile, easily broken. What will you choose, war or peace? What will you do to get what you want?

Total duration: up to four hours (including introduction workshop, gameplay and debriefing)

Number of players: between 12 and 25

IL PRIMO

The game is set in the residence of the Mafia boss Don Angelo Bonifacio.

Unpleasant events will turn a calm and peaceful morning into a prelude to a new war with the famiglia Morello. Can famiglia Bonifacio stick together and overcome the challenges it faces?

Your character will find him/herself entangled in a net of deceptions, hidden intentions, political intrigues and personal score-setting. The goals of the character you play are known only to you. As the plot thickens, your primary objective may change to simply staying alive in the upcoming showdown.
 
Total duration: up to five hours (including introduction workshop, gameplay and debriefing)

Number of players: between 25 and 30
